Head of Research and Development
Victor Shagalov is Head of Research & Development at Speech Modules. He brings more than 10 years of application development, system integration and team leadership experience in high tech environments. Victor’s strengths include developing distributed applications and incorporating new technologies in a variety of platforms. He also brings a strong interest in and understanding of machine learning. Victor holds a M. Sc. degree in Computer Science from St. Petersburg State Electro-Technical University.
