Senior Researcher
Professor Victor Katsnelson is Senior Researcher at Speech Modules. A professor for more than 35 years, his areas of expertise include: numerical methods, harmonic analysis (time-frequency analysis in particular), signal processing (image and speech), mathematical theory of networks, and mathematical problems of radar and sonar theory. He has researched and taught at the Weizmann Institute in Israel, Leipzig University in Germany and Kharkov University in Ukraine. He has over 70 publications to his credit. Prof. Katsnelson received his Ph.D. degree in Functional Analysis and Numerical Methods from Kharkov University.
