Senior Researcher
Professor Bachtiyar Yakubov is Senior Researcher for Speech Modules. A Professor of Mathematics and Physics for more than 45 years, Prof. Yakubov has published more than 100 papers. His expertise includes the application of Stochastic approximation methods. Bachtiyar Yakubov’s professorial positions include 14 years at the Holon Institute of Technology in Israel and 32 years at Azerbaijan Polytechnical University and Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University in Baku. Professor Yakubov earned his Dh. Sc. degree from the Russian Academy of Sciences.
