2) Record Message: Prompt on handset or IVR system notifies to begin recording message.
3) Automatic Text Transcription: Automatically generated by Speech Modules engine.
4) Send to Destination: Transcriptions can be sent back to user for verification and forwarding or sent directly to the requested recipient as SMS, email, Twitter/facebook post, etc., according the service definition.
